The Standard

Transaction fees at Reserve are a fraction of prevailing industry standards — and decline further as members establish their record within the institution. A Senior member transacts at 2% of the sale price. The industry standard through a broker is 5%. On a single transaction, the difference is material. Over a collecting lifetime, it is transformative.
